The focus of psychotherapy sessions
Therapy is catered to each individual’s needs. They are encouraged to re-connect to their values and develop realistic, meaningful goals to facilitate progress towards improved quality of life.
The most beneficial component of therapy is the non-judgmental therapeutic relationship. Elise has a warm, accepting approach to therapy and believes there is a healing power in knowing that someone sees your pain, acknowledges and understands it, and genuinely cares.
